"The catalog of existing plant communities in the Principality consists of 318 phytosociological associations (elemental units) that are grouped into 154 alliances (with 35 subaliances), 93 Orders, and 61 phytosociological classes. Each of them provides its biogeographic, bioclimatic, edaphic and floristic diagnosis. Those plant communities that are part of a Habitat protected by the European Directives, alludes to its Natura 2000 Network Code and provides its diagnosis. Of the 2.490 taxa cited in the text, their phytosociological characterization is provided." (source : auteur) |
