"This study is part of a partnership between The Ascension Island Government (AIG) and the Conservatoire botanique national de Brest (CBNB). The project involved the production of a minimum of twenty plants 15 cm high seedlings of Euphorbiaoriganoides, a threatened endemic species on Ascension Island, according to a sowing and cultivation protocol drawn up and supplied by the AIG.
This document presents the results obtained during the first sowing protocol, then during the second protocol developed by the CBNB. Germination tests were carried out in the laboratory and the observations are presented in the third part. Finally, the CBNB proposes sowing recommendations based on its observations made during these experiments." (source : auteurs) |
